TO BE A PATIENT, EACH PERSON MUST HAVE A MEMBERSHIP…
Age 18 years old and older = $40/month = $480/year
Age 0-17 years old = $10/month = $120/year
THEN EACH PATIENT WILL BE BILLED FOR VISIT or SERVICES RECEIVED
Patient will be billed after the visit/services rendered.
Weisman Medical Services does not accept insurance.
Weisman Medical Services, LLC is called a “Hybrid Direct Patient Care Model” which is simply put: you pay your physician directly (instead of using an intermediate ie: third party payers…insurance companies) to be a member in the practice.
This model reduces overall cost and allows me, your doctor, to have lower costs and fees as well as spend quality time with you and have fewer patients. Win - win for us both!
Still having trouble understanding? Think of a gym membership…you pay monthly (or annually) and you can use the gym services as much you like. Same with Weisman Medical Services…you get access to Dr. Weisman for excellent care.

What is covered in your Membership
Access to schedule Medical visits (in-office or home visit or telemedicine)
Access to your medical records via Atlas.MD
Access to Dr. Weisman via text, call and/or messaging/email to ask questions or inquire about your health/care
A true Medical Home
Completion of paperwork
Refill requests
Coordination of care
Access to low cost medications
Access to low cost labs through Labcorp with in-office phlebotomy
Genesight and Genedx genetic testing
What is covered in your Visit
Medical Refills sent to your preferred pharmacy (when deemed appropriate)
Orders (when deemed appropriate) for labs, radiology, referrals to specialists/other experts
Administration of Medications
***Medications will be filled through your pharmacy and then transported to Dr. Weisman (mailed).***Certain medications patients CANNOT handle, like Brixadi/Sublocade (buprenorphine), Vivitrol (naltrexone), Spravato (esketamine), compounded Ketamine so Dr. Weisman will make arrangements with you about pick up and administer.
Minor procedures such as: pap smears, skin lesion removals, long term contraception (nexplanon, IUDs), acupuncture, OMT (osteopathic manipulation treatments), joint injections, injury/laceration repairs will incur a small charge for equipment used
